The C320 phone's handset sound is is boosted with "Clarity Power", which you can use to listen to messages. Simply lift the handset during message playback -- the volume and clarity of the message can then be controlled by the "Clarity Power" slide control on the phone.
The answering system will stop message playback if a phone call is received during message playback.
